Founded in 2021, Arcadia began as a family-run business focused on helping homeowners rebuild after unexpected losses. Through our work in the insurance restoration space, we quickly earned a reputation for advocacy, honesty, and craftsmanship. Over time, that foundation evolved into something greater - Arcadia Bath & Design, our premium remodeling division dedicated to crafting beautiful, timeless interiors designed to last.

After nearly 14 years in corporate America, Ericksson Perez took a leap of faith into the remodeling world; a move that would ultimately inspire the creation of Arcadia. Early on, he recognized a troubling pattern in the industry: a lack of transparency, integrity, and genuine care for homeowners. Determined to change that narrative, he set out to build a company that homeowners could confidently recommend, knowing they’d be treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism.
Ericksson leads with a hands-on approach, working closely with his team, trade partners, and clients to ensure every project reflects Arcadia’s promise of craftsmanship and trust. Guided by years of leadership experience, he believes that success comes from putting people first and doing the right thing, even when no one’s watching.
Beyond the business, Ericksson’s motivation is deeply personal. Family drives everything he does - from building a legacy his wife and daughter can be proud of, to creating opportunities for those around him. His vision for Arcadia is simple: to redefine what it means to be a contractor, and to become the white-glove remodeling company that homeowners know they can trust.

With over 24 years of experience in construction, handyman services, and property maintenance, Marco brings a wealth of hands-on expertise and a calm, solutions-oriented approach to every project. His career has spanned everything from residential repairs to full-scale renovations, giving him a keen understanding of what it takes to keep projects organized, efficient, and stress-free.
Born in Cuba and raised in Miami, Marco blends his strong work ethic with an easygoing, personable nature that makes him a favorite among clients and trade partners alike. At Arcadia, he acts as the vital bridge between clients, trades, and project management - ensuring communication stays clear, expectations are met, and quality is never compromised.
Outside of work, Michael and his wife love to travel and host family gatherings filled with laughter, good food, and time spent with their two sons and their growing families. His grounded, family-first mindset mirrors Arcadia’s own values - building lasting relationships through trust, respect, and care.

Savannah brings to Arcadia over a lifetime passion for design - a passion shaped from childhood, inspired by watching her father transform raw spaces into warm, intentional homes. Today, as founder and principal designer of Savannah Ashlyn Interiors, she merges timeless elegance, soulful detail, and personal storytelling to create interiors that feel both luxurious and deeply lived-in.
Working side-by-side with Arcadia’s remodeling team, Savannah handles everything from architectural drawings and design planning to material selections, moodboards, and full-scale interior direction. Her job? To ensure that when the hammers stop swinging and the dust settles - the space you step into is not only beautifully built, but thoughtfully composed, artfully finished, and unmistakably yours.
