After nearly 14 years in corporate America, Ericksson Perez took a leap of faith into the remodeling world; a move that would ultimately inspire the creation of Arcadia. Early on, he recognized a troubling pattern in the industry: a lack of transparency, integrity, and genuine care for homeowners. Determined to change that narrative, he set out to build a company that homeowners could confidently recommend, knowing they’d be treated with honesty, respect, and professionalism.

Ericksson leads with a hands-on approach, working closely with his team and trade partners to ensure every project reflects a promise of "white-glove" professionalism. Guided by his extensive corporate background, he believes that true success is measured by impact rather than just profit. As a proud Latino, he is dedicated to serving his community and providing mentorship and opportunities for those around him, believing that a leader's duty is to lift others up and do the right thing even when no one is watching.

Beyond the business, Ericksson’s motivation is rooted in his family. Based in Acworth, he and his wife Carolyn are focused on building a legacy their daughter, Amara, can be proud of. Whether they are exploring the local foodie scene, attending fall festivals, or traveling to ensure Amara experiences a world of diversity and inclusion, family drives every decision he makes. Ericksson’s vision for Arcadia is simple: to redefine the standard of a general contractor and to be the elite remodeling and roofing firm that homeowners in North Georgia know they can implicitly trust.

Director of Operations

Scott Molyneaux joined Arcadia to lead our roofing division with the same transparency and integrity the company was founded on. His partnership with Ericksson began in 2016, where they built a foundation of mutual respect while navigating the high standards of corporate leadership. Over the years, that relationship has evolved into a shared vision for redefining the contractor experience through honesty, advocacy, and a commitment to being a man of his word.

With a sharp business acumen and a direct, results-driven personality, Scott spent years excelling at the highest levels of the corporate world. As a General Manager for Verizon Wireless, he was a President’s Cabinet winner, an honor reserved for the top 1 percent of leaders company-wide. He later transitioned into a Business Account Manager role where he consistently led his team to top-tier performance. After mastering the home improvement industry and spending time in a national role with Focus 360, Scott now brings that same elite-level precision and pride in his work to Arcadia, ensuring every roofing project is managed with corporate-grade discipline and a personal touch.

Beyond the business, Scott’s motivation is rooted in his family. Based in Gainesville, he and his wife are dedicated to raising their three children, Alexis, Jacob, and Maddie. Whether they are spending time on the lake with their two dogs or traveling to create new memories, Scott believes family is the heart of every home. He is committed to protecting his clients’ investments with the same passion and respect he gives his own.

National Sales Manager

As the face of our roofing division, Dan Smith brings a rare level of local insight and leadership to Arcadia as our National Sales Manager. A true Atlanta native, Dan grew up in the very neighborhoods we serve today, including Dunwoody, Alpharetta, and Cumming. This lifelong connection to North Georgia gives him a unique perspective on the needs of our homeowners, allowing him to lead with a neighborly approach that is rooted in genuine care for his community.

Dan joined the team after spending over 20 years in leadership roles within the wireless industry, where he mastered the art of managing complex operations while keeping people at the center of every decision. At Arcadia, he applies that extensive leadership background to ensure our roofing sales team operates with radical transparency and professionalism. Working alongside our inspection team, Dan focuses on creating a seamless, "white-glove" experience that begins with the very first consultation, ensuring that every client feels heard, respected, and fully informed.

Beyond his professional life, Dan is a dedicated father to three boys and an active member of his community. His motivation is simple: he loves people and wants to ensure his neighbors have access to home services they can actually trust. Whether he is spending time with his sons or engaging with local families, Dan leads with the same integrity and "people-first" mentality that defines the Arcadia brand. He is driven by the opportunity to protect the homes in the community that raised him, delivering quality work built on a foundation of long-term relationships.

Senior Project Manager

Scott McLelland leads our restoration division with a level of empathy and precision that comes from a "scenic path" through the hospitality and business consulting worlds. A proud Georgia Southern Eagle, Scott found his true calling later in life, realizing that his diverse career background provided the perfect foundation for helping people when they need it most. Since 2023, he has worked closely with Ericksson, specializing in the complex world of property insurance claims. Scott doesn’t just manage projects; he advocates for homeowners, ensuring they have a dedicated partner to help put their homes and their lives back together after an unexpected loss.

Known for his radical transparency and a commitment to over-communication, Scott is an expert at navigating the fine details of restoration while keeping his clients educated and at ease. He believes that the most important part of any rebuild is the trust earned during the process. When he isn't advocating for our clients, Scott is a true family man who views his immediate and extended family as his entire world. Married for nearly 20 years and the father of two daughters, he has spent the last decade as a dedicated "sports dad" on the sidelines of competitive games.

With one daughter heading to college and the other getting her license, he is embracing a new season of life in Woodstock with his wife, Alexa, and their two dogs. Whether he is out on his motorcycle, hitting the golf course, or making memories around the firepit, Scott’s motivation is rooted in the same care he brings to every home we restore. He is a firm believer that doing the right thing for a family in a crisis is the highest form of service.

Savannah brings to Arcadia a lifetime passion for design - a passion shaped from childhood, inspired by watching her father transform raw spaces into warm, intentional homes. Today, as founder and principal designer of Savannah Ashlyn Interiors, she merges timeless elegance, soulful detail, and personal storytelling to create interiors that feel both luxurious and deeply lived-in.

Working side-by-side with Arcadia’s remodeling team, Savannah handles everything from architectural drawings and design planning to material selections, moodboards, and full-scale interior direction. Her job? To ensure that when the hammers stop swinging and the dust settles - the space you step into is not only beautifully built, but thoughtfully composed, artfully finished, and unmistakably yours.
